Get the whole Felfil recycling system. Felfil Shredder is an easy to use plastic recycler built with high tech sensor to prevent jams and to automate the shredding process. You can use the shredded material to create with Felfil Evo and Felfil Spooler+ recycled filament from shredded prints or custom filament from your unique and precious material.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Our extrusion system is suitable for many different materials, form the common ones to composite.

It depends form the material you are extruding, but you can regulate the rpm speed from 1 to 9.

Calibrate filament of your needed size thanks to the Felfil Spooler measure and calibration system.

The max temperature is limited at 300°C.

An high precision sensor measures the filament produced while the software adjusts its diameter.

It is made in steel and has a conic profile in order to improve the materials compression with 12,7 l/d ratio

The software complete the cycle automatically and avoid jams and breaks

Felfil Shredder is highly efficient and has a very low energy consumption

The single button interface is very easy to use. The shredding cycle is automatic.

The motor and the blades can’t run when the top flap is open or the bin is out

12 stainless steel blades with different profiles and fully replaceable.

It can shred about 2kg of plastic in one hour. The material can be processed only one time.

We ship worldwide from Italy, with express curriers as DHL, Fedex or TNT. We do our best to ship all orders in time, then delivery process usually takes 3-5 days for international shipping.

Our Company is based in Italy, so we do accept payment in € (euro)but we can process payment also in $ (US dollar) for US and Canadian customers, and £ (Pounds) for UK clients. *Bank transfer payment must be processed in euro.
